Welcome to Matador Academy. We are a company
focused on raising the level of professionalism and training of
the bar security professional, commonly known as a bouncer.
We believe in getting away from the idea of the
thug who wants to fight and pushing forward the idea that security’s
purpose is to provide a safe environment for guests and staff of
the bar/club facility. This is accomplished through continued training
in good customer service skills, verbal and physical de-escalation
techniques and teamwork.
